What If It Wasn't Your Intuition?

We've all said it:

“I knew it.”

“I felt something but I talked myself out of it.”

“I should've trusted my gut.”

It feels like the ultimate self-betrayal. Like you had a knowing and ignored it. But the truth is, what we often call intuition is in hindsight is just one of many thoughts we had. It just happened to be the one that matched the outcome.

Our minds are not still. They are full of conflicting ideas, memories, hopes, projections, and fears. When we're in a moment of decision, it's rarely clean. It's not usually a clear yes or no. It's a swirl of voices. Some rooted in fear, some in love, some in pattern. And we pick an action to take.

If things work out, we forget the doubt that almost pulled us away. If they don't, we say we knew.

But most of the time, that “knowing” wasn't clear at all. It's just the story we built after the fact.

Intuition doesn't shout. It doesn't try to convince you. It doesn't come with panic. It's subtle, steady, and often felt in the body before it even becomes a thought. And it's easy to miss when we're overwhelmed.

When you're in a reactive state, the fear voice tends to be the loudest. That's why meditation is so powerful. It doesn't just calm your mind, it creates space between your thoughts. It gives you a chance to notice which part of you is speaking.

Here's the deeper truth: when we make choices that are conscious, we are usually following the belief that it will all work out. That even if it's uncertain, we will meet what comes with presence and resilience. When we're acting from fear, we're trying to avoid pain. Meditation creates the pause to catch the difference.

And that pause, that ability to discern, is everything.

This is what I care most about helping you do. Not just to hear your intuition, but to recognize it. To know what is guiding you. To feel the difference between the part of you that trusts and the part that is just trying to stay safe.

And I am so excited to be about to do that in a much bigger way. I've been working on something quietly behind the scenes for a while now.

If you've been loving these emails, I think you'll be really excited about what's coming.

No, it's not a Substack.

But want to guess what it is?

Are you ready to Become Lucky?

Becoming Lucky isn’t a course in the traditional sense. It’s a meditation experience. A daily practice. A return. It’s designed to meet you where you are and gently guide you back to the part of you that already knows the way.

For 30 days, you’ll reconnect with your inner rhythm, reset your nervous system, and start to notice the small shifts that create big change. Not by efforting, but by softening. Not by pushing, but by tuning in. It’s about becoming more present, more magnetic, more you.

Because luck doesn’t arrive when everything is perfect. It unfolds when you’re aligned. When you’re clear. When you’re willing to listen.

This experience was created to help you remember that. And I’d love for you to be part of it.
