The light is high. What are you ready to see?
Capricorn is one of my favorite energies. It’s reliable. It’s honest. It shows up. It gets things done. But sometimes, it forgets that there’s more to life than holding it all together.
This Full Moon in Capricorn arrives with the Sun in Cancer. That axis always brings us back to the question of how we care for ourselves while also taking care of what we build. Cancer wants to feel. Capricorn wants to accomplish. But when either energy moves into its shadow, it distorts.
Capricorn can become cold, controlling, obsessed with progress. Cancer can become overly attached, defensive, resentful when its nurturing goes unreciprocated. It clings to the past instead of creating safety in the present. Both energies in their shadow want protection more than they want truth.
This Full Moon offers a mirror to both.
Capricorn in its shadow doesn’t just want to do things well. It wants to avoid failure at any cost. It wants to be impressive because being disappointing feels unbearable. It can be so afraid to feel that it builds a whole identity around not needing to.
We all carry some of this.
I have. I’ve performed. I’ve pushed. I’ve ignored the voice that said slow down, this isn’t it, this doesn’t feel good. I’ve clung to roles that looked strong on the outside but left me feeling empty inside. I’ve made things work long after they were meant to end.
This Full Moon pulls the curtain back on all of that. It shows us what we’ve built that is no longer aligned. It invites us to stop managing appearances and start listening to what we need.
And just as that gets revealed, Venus in Gemini (July 4) and Uranus in Gemini (July 7) begin shifting our mental landscape. Venus softens the energy, making room for connection, curiosity, and clearer communication. Uranus brings the disruption and shakes loose what’s outdated to invite in the unfamiliar.
Together, this is a moment to unhook from the identities that have kept us safe but also kept us small. To stop measuring our worth by how much we hold up. To let ourselves change.
All of this can stir discomfort. The mind races. The emotions swell. The instinct to manage or fix gets loud. And this is exactly where meditation becomes a lifeline.
Not as a spiritual bypass. Not as a way to numb out. But as a sacred return.
Meditation helps us stop gripping so tightly. It reminds us that we are not our productivity. That we don’t have to outrun our feelings. That our truth is not something to be polished. Our truth is something to be heard.
This Full Moon may bring clarity. It may bring grief. It may ask you to choose something new even when the old is still within reach.
You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to change. You are allowed to want a different relationship to success, to effort, to strength.
Let the Full Moon show you what you’re holding that no longer holds you.
Let Capricorn show you what’s worth your energy.
Let Cancer remind you that softness is not weakness.
Let Gemini open your mind to something new.
Let meditation bring you home to what is real.
You are not falling apart. You are meeting yourself.
You are strong enough to feel it.
And soft enough to let it go.
And something very exciting is coming soon. I cannot wait to share it with you. But for now, sit with what’s rising. Let the light in. Let it speak.
Are you ready to Become Lucky?
Becoming Lucky isn’t a course in the traditional sense. It’s a meditation experience. A daily practice. A return. It’s designed to meet you where you are and gently guide you back to the part of you that already knows the way.
For 30 days, you’ll reconnect with your inner rhythm, reset your nervous system, and start to notice the small shifts that create big change. Not by efforting, but by softening. Not by pushing, but by tuning in. It’s about becoming more present, more magnetic, more you.
Because luck doesn’t arrive when everything is perfect. It unfolds when you’re aligned. When you’re clear. When you’re willing to listen.
This experience was created to help you remember that. And I’d love for you to be part of it.
